You have created a very unique and intriguing photo here, I'm impressed. The combination of textures is really cool, and the light/shadow thing is very well done.

I love how the eye is emphasized by the clarity (wow, love how it contrasts the surreal neck and hair) and also emphasized by the dark mask-type thing on the face. The bright eye is in sharp conflict with the surrounding dark part of the face – totally stunning idea.

The light of half a face is always an interesting profile shot, and you've pulled it off perfectly. The hair and neck are a great segue to the shadows behind the head, and frame the face in an interesting manner. '

This would have been a cool picture on it's own, but the way you doubled and combined it is true creative talent. I really like the idea of doubling and flipping, and find it hard to figure out how on earth you came up with the idea. The desaturation looks awesome, and I like the deviation from just black and white.
